Security Operations

Effective Date: March 6, 2026

At NINJI, security is not a feature; it is our foundational architecture.

Our infrastructure is built from the bare metal up to resist sophisticated attacks and protect data integrity, whether deployed at the edge, on-premises, or inside critical healthcare networks. We adhere to rigorous standards and rely on modern cryptography for all communication.

Zero Trust Architecture

We operate on a strict zero-trust model. Every request for protected resources, whether internal or external, is strongly authenticated and authorized before granting access. We assume the network is inherently hostile and do not rely on perimeter security alone.

Cryptographic Standards

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 or higher with perfect forward secrecy. Data at rest is secured using AES-256 or equivalent, ensuring that even physical breaches of our infrastructure or partner data centers do not compromise your information.

Vulnerability Disclosure

We actively encourage security researchers to audit our systems. If you believe you have discovered a vulnerability in our infrastructure or open-source repositories, please report it to us immediately via our secure communication channels. We review and patch critical vulnerabilities as our highest operational priority.
