Trademarks
The following marks are strictly proprietary trademarks and service marks of NINJI:
- NINJI (word mark)
- NINJI Research (composite mark)
- The NINJI standalone graphic/device mark
- Any other logos, graphics, or design elements associated with NINJI
Usage Restrictions
No person or organization may use the NINJI name, logo, or any variation thereof without prior written consent from NINJI legal representation.
Prohibited Uses
- Use in commercial products or services without an explicit partnership agreement
- Use in company names, domain names, or social media handles
- Use in marketing materials or advertisements
- Implying endorsement or affiliation with NINJI
- Modifying or altering any NINJI branding in any capacity
Allowed Uses
- Reference to NINJI in strictly factual, non-promotional contexts
- Academic or journalistic commentary (with proper attribution)
- Linking directly to the official NINJI website or public repositories
Open Source Licenses vs. Proprietary Assets
Certain NINJI projects are released under open source licenses. These licenses apply only to the respective source code and do not grant any rights to use NINJI's intellectual property, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, brand identities, visual assets, photos of employees, or proprietary copyrighted assets.
